The hope of the prophetic word of the Old Testament is fulfilled by the One, who came in the past and comes again in the present. His coming is the greatest sign of the Father's love. God became man so that w might become the children of God, sharing his own divine life. Jesus brings us the hope that death is not the end, but life continues. Jesus brings us the hope that He who is within us is greater than he who is outside. Life in Jesus is worth living. He is our hope for in him we can put our trust with assurance.
