This is another advise supporting the KISS principle (Keep it simple, stupid). We are trained to live in the future of  "what if's". So, it is hard for us to be happy in the present moment, which seems so empty and routine. We want the more. There is more, but it begins by seeing and enjoying the more of the present moment. What is the more we need? The Lord, who is in this present moment with his gifts and blessings. Many of the saints came to realize this mystery, which changed their lives. In the midst of all their struggles, there was an inner peace of the presence of the Lord. This peace dwarfed the struggles. It was this peace of the presence of Christ, which enable them to deal with their struggles. "Each moment is all we need, not more."
