We belong to God by virtue of creation, sustainability, redemption, adoption and call. Our response is one of acknowledgment, acceptance, surrender and love. The more I fall in love with God, the more I am who I truly am and meant to be. It’s when I fail to love God and others, then I am rejecting the existential truth of my being and destiny. The more I love God, the more my life is in order. It is when I fail to love God that my life is in disorder, which is the effect of sin. Surrendering in love is real victory.
