The old saying, “Actions speak louder than words” is definitely true. Don’t tell someone you love them, if you are not willing to show the person love. We are called to witness the saving powers of Jesus, but first we are called to take care of their needs. Once a person encounters the love of Christ, then the person is more receptive to hearing the message of Jesus. Too many times we are quick to inform before we prepare the soil of one’s heart to receive the saving word through an encounter of love and goodness.
